Eligibility

The 3rd Annual Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra and Chorus Concerto competition is open to all young artists active in the Georgia Youth Symphony Orchestra and Chorus Program.

There are no age restrictions on who may enter. All are encouraged

Contestants may select any of the standard repertoire for their instrument and orchestra. It is required that all selections have existing orchestral accompaniment.

Only one movement of the work is required. Memorization is not required. It is recommended that contestants provide their own accompanists. Photocopied scores are acceptable provided that one original is provided at the actual audition.
