Information and Procedures:

Application: Please visit our application page to sign up for instruction at the GCA.

Location: All GCA activities are held at the Murray Arts Center of Mount Paran Christian School. (map)

Payment process: Except for the one-time registration fee, all payments are made directly to the teachers. The teachers determine their own rates and payment policies.

Financial aid: The GCA offers financial aid to families who qualify. To apply for financial aid, fill out the application form and submit the accompanying documents.

Student evaluations: The GCA offers students and parents the opportunity to provide evaluations of faculty. These can be submitted any time and can remain anonymous. Fill out the form here.

Inclement weather:
Any closure of Mount Paran Christian School due to weather applies to all GCA activities as well, for the duration of the closure. Teachers should inform their students of the cancellations, but students and parents can check local television or the school web site (www.mtparanschool.com) to determine if the school is closed. If there is any question about cancellation of activities, students can contact their teachers directly or contact the GCA.

Further policies:
Food is ONLY allowed in “The Rest” of the Murray Arts Center. Please do not take any food or beverages into any other studios or lesson rooms.

Students should be dropped off and picked up within 30 minutes of their lesson times. For their safety, students should remain in the building until a parent or older sibling arrives to pick them up.

Please do not allow your children to run, yell or play in the halls. We ask that you wait for your child in “The Rest” or the entryway of the building.
